So before the earthquake there was still no electric lighting within other parts and households of Haiti, no roads, etc.\n\nSo my question is why are the Haitian people still in the condition (exploited) they are in with the relief organizations already in place since the 1920\'s, always reuesting money from America. Haitian children need shoes, children need food, parents need jobs, and not the $4-$5 dollar a day paying job position. Whats wrong with the everyday Haitian\'s equal pay of $10-$12 dollars a day. Is Haiti, the old South Africa, exploited by non governmental organizations since the 1920\'s way before the Earthquake. Who is the regulators for the NGO\'s?
